• Pressurised water flushes the coils, drain pan, and drainage pipe
• Dark, contaminated water drains out carrying months of accumulated dirt

The non-dismantle wash is ideal for units that receive regular quarterly servicing but need a deeper clean once a year.

Full-Dismantle Chemical Overhaul (S$130-S$180 per unit)

For severely dirty units or aircons that have not been serviced in over a year, we recommend the full-dismantle chemical overhaul:

• The entire indoor fan coil unit is removed from the wall bracket
• Every component is carefully dismantled: blower fan, evaporator coil, drain pan, housing
• Each part is soaked in a chemical bath for thorough decontamination
• Hard-to-reach areas that are impossible to clean in place are scrubbed and flushed
• All components are rinsed, dried, reassembled, and remounted

This is the most thorough cleaning possible for your aircon and effectively restores it to near-new condition.
