1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Billy Aircon ("we", "us", or "our") for aircon servicing, repair, installation, or any related services, you ("the Customer") agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by Billy Aircon at the Customer's premises in Singapore.
2. Services
Billy Aircon provides the following services:
- General aircon servicing and maintenance
- Chemical wash (non-dismantle and full-dismantle)
- Chemical overhaul
- Refrigerant gas top-up (R22, R410A, R32)
- Aircon repair and troubleshooting
- Aircon installation and replacement
- Annual service contracts
The scope of each service will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement. Additional work discovered during servicing will be communicated to the Customer for approval before proceeding.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of standard servicing for residential HDB and condominium units.
- Additional charges may apply for landed properties, commercial premises, ceiling cassette units, and after-hours service.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash and bank transfer.
- Prices are subject to change. Current prices at the time of booking will apply.
4. Booking and Cancellation
- Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, email, or our website contact form.
- We will confirm the appointment date and time window with the Customer.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Billy Aircon reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the Customer will be notified as soon as possible.
5. Warranty
- All servicing work comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty.
- If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, Billy Aircon will return to rectify the problem at no additional charge.
- The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, third-party interference, power surges, or natural wear and tear.
- The warranty applies only to the specific service performed and does not extend to unrelated components or issues.
- Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the aircon units requiring service.
- Ensure someone aged 18 or above is present at the premises during the service appointment.
- Inform Billy Aircon of any known issues, special requirements, or building restrictions before the appointment.
- Clear the area around the aircon unit to allow the technician to work safely and efficiently.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Billy Aircon will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing all services.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.
- Billy Aircon is not responsible for pre-existing defects in the aircon system that are not related to our service.
- We are not liable for issues arising from the Customer's failure to maintain the aircon system between scheduled services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Billy Aircon website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Billy Aircon and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes to Terms
Billy Aircon reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
